The company has established a Compliance Management Committee to ensure the comprehensive and effective implementation of the compliance management plan. The Compliance Management Committee is the highest authority within the company, responsible for formulating the company's compliance management strategy, and leading, supervising, and evaluating compliance management across the entire company.
Under the Compliance Management Committee is the Committee Office, which is headed by the Chief Compliance Officer. The Compliance Management Office operates under the leadership of the Compliance Management Committee and is primarily responsible for organizing and coordinating the company's compliance management efforts. It promotes, supervises, evaluates, and guides compliance management in various departments and subsidiaries, handles reports of non-compliance, and organizes investigations and resolutions of non-compliance incidents.
The heads of each department and subsidiary are specifically responsible for compliance management in their respective areas and are the primary persons accountable, bearing the main responsibility for compliance management. Each department and subsidiary within the company has established a Compliance Management Department or designated full-time or part-time compliance officers to undertake specific compliance management tasks, and are responsible for the communication, coordination, and reporting of compliance-related matters within the company and their respective departments.
The company leads employees to correctly understand and grasp the essence of compliance, to accept and identify with the company's compliance philosophy, and to set an example by publicly committing to compliance. This supports the comprehensive implementation of the company's compliance management efforts.
